How to use a Coupon Code on LG.com

Here’s exactly how I apply coupon codes on LG.com when I’m shopping for an appliance (like the fridge in the screenshot). It only takes a minute if you follow these steps.

  Find the LG product you want and click Add to Basket. Then open your cart – you’ll land on the “Your Basket” page, where you can see your item, quantity, and price.

  On the left side, you’ll see your product card with details like model name, color, and the current price. Make sure the quantity is set to what you need using the – / + buttons. I always do this before applying any code so I know the discount is calculated correctly.

  On the right-hand side of the basket page, look for the “Coupons” box. This is where all the magic happens. You’ll see: An “Enter promotion code” field An “apply” button A dropdown labelled “Select Coupon (0)” if your account has available coupons If you’re logged in and LG has given you special offers, they’ll usually show up in that coupon dropdown. Otherwise, you can just use the promo code you already have.

  Click into the “Enter promotion code” field and type (or paste) your coupon exactly as you received it. I double-check for extra spaces or missing letters, because even a small typo can make the code fail. When you’re done, hit the “apply” button.

  Make sure the discount appears and the final total updates before you proceed to payment. If the amount doesn’t change, the code might be expired, not valid for that product, or typed incorrectly—so it’s worth trying again.
