How to use a Suntransfers promo code

Suntransfers handles discounts differently from many travel websites. There is not always a standard promo-code box where a coupon can be entered during checkout. Some discounts provided directly by Suntransfers need to be applied with help from Customer Service before the transfer is paid for.

  Start by entering the details of the transfer. Go to the Suntransfers website and enter the pick-up location, destination, travel date and collection time. Add the correct number of passengers and complete any other information requested for the journey. Select the transfer option that fits the trip before continuing to the booking details.

  Complete the passenger and travel information. Enter the lead passenger’s contact details and provide any requested flight, train or accommodation information. Before moving on, check the pick-up address, destination, transfer date, time and selected vehicle. Changing these details later may also change the quoted price.

  Continue to the payment page without paying yet. Proceed through the booking until the available payment methods appear. If the discount was supplied directly by Suntransfers and instructions say that Customer Service must apply it, do not complete the payment at this stage. Keep the booking page open so the reservation details remain available.

  Choose the required payment option when instructed. For discounts that Suntransfers asks its support team to apply manually, select the appropriate payment method—such as “Credit card”—and continue only as far as instructed. Do not submit the final payment until the discount has been confirmed.

  Contact Suntransfers Customer Service with the discount details. Open the Suntransfers Live Chat or the support option provided with the promotion. Give the agent the requested booking information and the details of the discount received. Unlike a normal checkout coupon, this type of reduction may need to be added by the support team rather than typed into a promotional-code field.

  Check the new total before confirming the booking. Once the discount has been applied, review the transfer price again and make sure the reduced amount is shown before entering or submitting payment details. If the original price is still displayed, ask Customer Service to confirm the discount before completing the reservation, since it may not be possible to add it after payment has been processed.
