How To Use an INFOBUS Promo Code

INFOBUS shows the promo code field near the final booking stage, after the passenger and ticket details are already entered. On the checkout page, the promo area is clearly labeled “Promo code”, with a long input box and a blue Apply promo code button on the right.

  Choose your INFOBUS trip and continue through the booking flow until you reach the passenger and payment details page. The checkout page may show your selected route, ticket type, luggage allowance, and price before the promo code section.

  Review the trip details before using a code. Check the departure and arrival cities, travel date, passenger information, ticket type, luggage details, and refund conditions. This is important because some INFOBUS codes may only work for selected routes, carriers, or ticket categories.

  Scroll to the section labeled Promo code. In the screenshot, it appears below the Refund conditions panel and above the Bonuses section. The field is not hidden inside the payment area, so it should be visible before you click the final Book button.

  Click inside the promo code input box and enter your INFOBUS discount code exactly as shown. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code, especially if you copy and paste it.

  Press the blue Apply promo code button next to the field. Wait for the page to process the code before moving on. If the code is accepted, the booking price should update or show the applied discount before checkout is completed.

  After the code has been applied, continue with the remaining checkout options, such as bonuses, invoice preferences, and final booking confirmation. If the code does not work, check whether it is limited by route, carrier, travel date, ticket type, minimum booking value, user account status, or whether it cannot be combined with bonuses or other discounts.
