How to Apply a Promo Code on Kenya Airways

Here’s how I normally add a promo code when booking a flight on the Kenya Airways website.

  Go to the Kenya Airways homepage. At the center you’ll see the dark booking panel with options for Trip type, Where from?, Where to?, Passengers / Cabin class, and Depart. That’s the place where everything happens.

  First choose your Trip type (for example One way or Return). Then select your departure city in the “Where from?” box and your destination in “Where to?”.

  In the “Passengers / Cabin class” field, pick how many people are flying and whether you want Economy, Premium or Business. I always check this twice so the promo code is tested on the right cabin.

  Click on “Depart” and select your date from the calendar. Make sure your dates fall within the validity period of the promo, if it has one.

  At the bottom left of the booking panel you’ll see a red button that says “+ Add promo code”. Click it and a field will appear where you can type or paste your discount code.

  Paste or carefully type the code into the promo field. Avoid extra spaces before or after the code—those can make it fail even if the code is correct. Once the code is in, hit “Search flights” on the right. If the promo is valid for your route, dates and cabin, the discounted fares will show in the results or in the fare breakdown as you continue. Before you pay, quickly compare the price to what you’d expect without a code to be sure the discount actually applied—then complete your booking and enjoy the savings.
